Terms And Conditions

As the parents of the player whose name is stated above, we agree to send him/her to Premier League Football Academy. We also agree to pay a seasonal fee of 25 OMR, which includes the PLFA home kit, and is not refundable. We also understand that PLFA shall provide first aid assistance for injuries sustained while in training, but is not responsible for such injuries. We also will give a 24 hours notice in case of making-up sessions. If not notified within the timeframe, the player’s right to the session is lost and PLFA will not be responsible for not attending. We also agree that the player should be in PLFA kit at all times.


بصفتنا والدي اللاعب المذكور اسمه أعلاه، فإننا نوافق على تسجيله/تسجيلها في أكاديمية الدوري الممتاز لكرة القدم, كما نوافق على دفع رسوم تسجيل موسمية قدرها 25 ريال عُماني، والتي تشمل باقة الأكاديمية، وهي غير قابلة للاسترجاع. ونحن نفهم أيضًا أن الأكاديمية ستوفر الإسعافات الأولية في حال حدوث إصابات أثناء التدريبات، لكنها غير مسؤولة عن تلك الإصابات. كما نتعهد بإعطاء إشعار مسبق قبل 24 ساعة في حال الرغبة في تعويض أي حصة تدريبية. وإذا لم يتم الإشعار ضمن هذه المدة، فإن حق اللاعب في تعويض الحصة يسقط، ولن تكون الأكاديمية مسؤولة عن عدم الحضور. ونوافق كذلك على أن يرتدي اللاعب زي الأكاديمية في جميع الأوقات.
